Shipping and Delivery Terms

All shipping and delivery services are contingent upon product availability and payment confirmation.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Please note that communication regarding your order will be conducted via email.

Delivery options, including express and standard shipping, are available on weekdays only. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing and shipping may be delayed, and additional transit time should be expected. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will inform you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Standard delivery to major areas within Dubai costs AED 25. For customers in outlying areas, an additional shipping fee may apply, which will be communicated before processing your order. Enjoy free delivery on orders over AED 500 (excludes sale items). The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping details.

Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier for any issues regarding parcel tracking or to arrange a delivery time if the initial attempt was unsuccessful. For specific delivery time inquiries, please reach out directly to the courier service.

Delivery delays may occur from time to time. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your shipment.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, complete with tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Warranty Information

All products come with a 6-month warranty. This does not cover damages resulting from misuse or negligence. Any returned items under warranty will be assessed and replaced as necessary. In the event of an out-of-stock item, a credit note will be issued.
