RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing North Bayou Dubai! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our return policy below for detailed instructions.

Returns (Items Without Manufacturer Defects)

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. It is essential to return the item in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, use a courier service of your choice to send the item back to North Bayou Dubai. Please inform us of the courier service used and provide the tracking number by emailing info@northbayou.com, with the subject line formatted as: Order  [Your Order Number] Return.

Returns (Items with Manufacturer Defects)

If you receive a defective item, you have the right to request a return. To do so, please contact us at info@northbayou.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include your order number and attach 2-3 clear images of the defect.

Our team will review the information to determine if the damage falls under our return policy. If approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up at our expense. A replacement item will be sent once the defective item is returned. A refund option will also be available

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please reach out to info@northbayou.com. Note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we do not have a physical store location for in-person returns.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return, exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 5 working days from the receipt of your return for processing. Refunds may take an additional 1-2 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
