Your order has been received, but it’s currently on hold. This status may mean:
- Payment has not yet been completed.
- Payment was made via EFT but hasn’t cleared in our bank account. Transfers between banks can take a few days to reflect, depending on your bank. Once the payment is confirmed, your order status will be updated to “Processing.”
“Processing” indicates that your payment has been received and cleared. We’re currently preparing your order for dispatch, and this process typically takes 2-3 working days.
Once your order is collected by the courier, it’s marked as “Shipped.” A tracking number will be shared, allowing you to monitor your order through the courier’s website.
To place an order, select your desired product, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout steps. Follow the prompts to enter shipping and payment information.
North Bayou offers the following payment methods:
- PayGenius: Pay securely via card.
- Ozow: Instant EFT.
- Payflex: Buy now, pay later with interest-free installments.
- EFT: Details will be included in your order confirmation email.
Once your order is placed, an email confirmation with your order number will be sent. Once payment is received, your order will enter processing and then be handed to the courier. Check your spam/junk folder if the confirmation email isn’t in your inbox.
If you don’t see an order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot locate it, contact us directly.
When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be added to your customer profile and sent to you by email. For the best tracking experience, we recommend using a computer to access the courier’s website, as mobile compatibility may vary.
Currently, we operate exclusively online, so there is no option for in-person collection or returns. All orders are delivered directly to your address by our courier partners.
For streamlined communication and record-keeping, we handle all customer inquiries via email. Our team is prompt in responding to messages and available to assist with any questions or issues.
We can modify your order if payment has not yet been completed. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll update your order details accordingly.
Due to our order processing system, we are unable to identify multiple orders under one customer when preparing shipments. Each order is handled separately and will include its own shipping cost and tracking number.
- Bank Transfer: Our banking information is provided in your order confirmation email.
- Instant Payment Options: Using PayGenius, Payflex, or Ozow enables immediate transaction confirmation, allowing us to start processing your order right away.
If you choose to pay via EFT, your order will be shipped after we confirm payment in our account. Processing begins 1-3 working days after funds have cleared. Make sure to include the correct reference to avoid any delay.
Deliveries are typically made from 8 am to 5 pm on working days. To request a specific delivery time, you may reach out to the courier directly with your tracking number, as they handle all time arrangements.
Yes, our courier partners provide door-to-door delivery for all orders, ensuring your items arrive conveniently at your specified address.
We offer multiple courier options through a third-party platform to manage your delivery seamlessly. During checkout, you’ll see the delivery options available for your location.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 1-4 working days. You’ll receive tracking details to monitor your order’s progress from dispatch to delivery.
Currently, we do not provide same-day delivery. Orders typically require processing time, and then standard delivery timelines apply.
Tracking may take a few hours to update on the courier’s website. We recommend waiting 3-4 hours after receiving your shipment email before attempting to track your order.
